What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of moderate-complexity client implementations from signed contract through go-live and handoff to customer support.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings, set expectations, provide updates, manage schedules and risks, coordinate with sales, training, payroll, tax, implementation, and support teams, maintain project records, support escalations, mentor less experienced project managers, and contribute to onboarding process improvements.
