The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Clayton, NC, with pay of $18–$23 per hour. Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT delivers individualized therapy, implements behavior intervention plans, and tracks client progress. The work supports children’s communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in coordination with families and care teams.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• collect and maintain session data and documentation
• collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• maintain a safe, ethical, supportive therapy environment
• maintain an active RBT credential and follow the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
