What you'll do

• Gather, compile, and analyze cost data
• develop pricing solutions and cost elements for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other components
• build or modify work breakdown structures
• populate CLIN/SubCLIN cost elements
• participate in proposal reviews and strategy discussions
• refine pricing tools and processes
• mentor junior estimators at Level II.
