What you'll do

• Wash and organize dishes, silverware, pots, and pans
• set up, operate, and clean commercial dishwashing equipment and a three-bay sink
• clean kitchen equipment, drains, storage areas, and touch points
• sanitize areas
• separate food waste for composting and break down cardboard for recycling
• safely handle hot oil and waste
• assist the Banquet Chef with banquets
• report hazards and equipment issues
• maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
