The Caregiver / Personal Assistant role is in person in clients’ homes in Napa, CA, with day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Compensation is $16.90–$21.00 per hour. Your Home Assistant provides in-home support to families, seniors, and people recovering from surgery or illness. The caregiver provides personalized, hands-on assistance tailored to each client’s needs, helping with daily activities, household tasks, errands, and transportation. The role also supports client well-being by observing and reporting changes and responding responsibly to urgent situations.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• shop for groceries and run errands
• provide transportation
• offer parental support and respite care
• observe and report changes in condition
• respond responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
