What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with the restaurant opening
• recruit, train, coach, and develop the opening front-of-house team
• lead dining room and bar operations
• maintain hospitality and guest-satisfaction standards
• manage shifts and resolve guest concerns
• assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
• conduct pre-shift meetings and training
• maintain service, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• support sales, labor, and profitability goals
• ensure compliance with Massachusetts restaurant and alcohol-service regulations.
