What you'll do

• Follow the assigned schedule
• record daily runs, mileage, locations, times, and vehicle fluid levels
• assist clients with safety measures and transfers
• validate appointments and provide pertinent client-safety information to medical authorities
• maintain the van and equipment
• report vehicle or equipment concerns
• submit accurate visit, work-hour, and mileage reports
• follow program policies and safety measures
• maintain confidentiality.
