Sales Operations CRM Specialist

The Sales Operations CRM Specialist role is fully remote for residents of the states listed in the posting. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. First Legal provides litigation support services, including court filing, eFiling, service of process, court reporting, eDiscovery, and record retrieval. This individual-contributor role maintains and improves the Salesforce environment and sales processes. Through system configuration, documentation, training, and cross-functional partnership, it supports accurate CRM data and more efficient sales operations.

What you'll do

• Manage Salesforce data integrity and sales workflows
• partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and process improvements
• use Salesforce automation tools
• train new sales representatives during onboarding
• maintain current sales-process documentation
• collaborate with sales, business development, operations, and other stakeholders
• track CRM accuracy, adoption, uptime, and completed improvement initiatives.
