The role supports Schnellecke Logistics’ warehouse operations, part of its work supporting automotive and industrial supply chains. This position oversees daily activity in an assigned area, coordinating associates, equipment, and inventory to meet productivity goals and timelines. It promotes safe, quality-focused operations and continuous improvement through supervision, procedure compliance, and collaboration with management and production teams.

What you'll do

• Supervise and direct associates
• coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory
• enforce safety rules and standard work procedures
• maintain operational procedures and staffing plans
• identify process improvements
• collaborate with management, production, and cross-functional teams
• support Lean Management and 5S initiatives
• participate in operational meetings. Requires bilingual Spanish/English, a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse and leadership experience, and knowledge of inventory, shipping, receiving, dispatch, SAP, and MS Office.
