Pathlight Program Coordinator — Day Shift

The Pathlight Program Coordinator — Day Shift role is onsite in Denver, CO, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $21.47–$28 per hour. The role supports ERC Pathlight’s inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs for patients receiving treatment for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. The coordinator provides direct patient supervision and support, maintains structure and safety, and contributes to therapeutic programming and documentation. The work helps patients follow treatment plans and receive consistent support during daily activities and meals.

What you'll do

• Maintain program structure and complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered
• support de-escalation and coping skills
• conduct room and luggage searches
• provide bathroom monitoring
• take vital signs, weights, and urine specific gravity as applicable
• participate in group facilitation and outings
• provide meal and snack support and follow allergy-safety procedures
• complete patient documentation
• provide transportation and administrative support as needed.
