The Spring 2027 Operations & Organizational Projects Intern role is hybrid when project needs and availability allow, based in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $15 per hour, with an $80 monthly parking stipend. The intern supports the International Center’s Senior Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff and Office Manager & CRM Administrator. The internship contributes to special organizational projects through research, analysis, data work, and project management. It also provides practical exposure to business operations, organizational structure, reporting, and presentation.

What you'll do

• Research and analyze information and present findings to supervisors and staff
• support special organizational projects as needs arise
• perform data analytics related to the internship program
• assist with organizational project management.
