Community Association Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations in the Chicago suburbs
• implement procedures and programs
• interact with boards, homeowners, and vendors
• develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans
• respond to customer inquiries
• solicit contractor bids and negotiate vendor contracts
• conduct monthly property walkthroughs
• organize and lead owner and board meetings
• support budgets, invoices, tax preparation, reserve studies, and financial statement review.
