What you'll do

• Load and unload materials weighing up to 60 pounds
• package, unpack, crate, uncrate, strap, and wrap materials for shipping
• serve as a primary contact for shipping operational activities
• follow up with customers and suppliers to resolve shipping discrepancies
• close work orders and record shipping orders in the computer system
• print and apply labels and shipping documentation
• complete domestic and international shipping documents
• report conformance, inventory, and materials information
• assist with receiving as required
• drive a box van or truck and forklift
• participate in safety and 5S activities
• complete assigned training.

Why this role
