What you'll do

• Lead technicians in installation and repair of blow molding and manufacturing equipment
• oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machinery and auxiliary systems
• manage maintenance schedules, CMMS, mold readiness, and spare-parts inventory
• train and mentor technicians
• enforce safety procedures
• coordinate maintenance windows with production
• and monitor equipment performance for improvement opportunities.
