Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage receivables for approximately 800 commercial customers and $15 million to $20 million in outstanding balances
• monitor aging reports, invoices, payment plans, and payment activity
• contact customers about overdue balances and arrangements
• review credit limits, contracts, and credit agreements
• resolve disputes and discrepancies
• post payments and process adjustments
• maintain account records and update the Controller and leadership on collection concerns.
