What you'll do

• Repair machinery, building, and electrical items
• assign maintenance employees to jobs and explain procedures
• reinstall parts after sanitation and adjust equipment after startup
• start equipment and verify performance
• check and repair scales
• start and monitor refrigeration systems
• remove parts for sanitation
• respond to radio calls
• perform preventive maintenance during plant downtime
• follow safety requirements and use proper PPE.
