• Trim, cut, and prepare meat products to quality and portion standards
• safely operate knives, band saws, and slicers
• inspect products for quality and freshness
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with HACCP and health regulations
• monitor and rotate inventory
• follow production schedules and throughput and yield targets
• and collaborate with team members.
