What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• communicate service progress to residents
• assist with vacant-apartment make-ready work and community upkeep
• inspect the property and report concerns
• organize maintenance supplies
• participate in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
