What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform housekeeping tasks
• provide patient-specific support such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, exercises, and incontinence care
• use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts when needed.
