The Overnight Caregiver role is onsite in Pflugerville, TX, with work across Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, and West Lake Hills. Pay is $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience. Homewatch CareGivers of Austin provides in-home care and assigns caregivers to a small set of clients. The caregiver stays alert overnight to support clients’ safety and daily needs at home. The role includes assistance with transfers and repositioning, evening and morning routines, reassurance for clients who wake confused, light household tasks, and reporting changes to the care team.

What you'll do

• Stay awake and alert during overnight shifts
• assist with bathroom trips, transfers, and repositioning
• help with evening and morning routines
• reassure and redirect clients who wake confused or disoriented
• handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation during quiet hours
• report changes in client condition
• complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University.
