What you'll do

• Conduct in-home consultations
• understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets
• develop functional kitchen and bathroom designs
• advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, appliances, and finishes
• prepare and present design concepts and proposals
• follow up with clients and guide the sales process
• maintain CRM records and forecasts
• protect project profitability through accurate scopes
• coordinate handoffs to production and project management
• and develop referrals and repeat business.
