Assistant Community Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Assist with HUD handbook compliance
• support tenant intervention strategies and property reviews
• conduct annual and interim recertifications
• document lease violations and coordinate evictions
• respond to resident questions, complaints, and service requests
• coordinate maintenance responses
• track arrears and lease renewals
• work with the legal team on rent-payment status
• oversee rent collection, posting, and deposits
• create purchase orders in Yardi
• respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
