Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair
• respond to emergency work orders
• log work, billable hours, and receipts in AppFolio
• maintain common areas, exteriors, and unit turnovers
• drive to managed properties and transport materials
• coordinate priorities with property and maintenance managers
• communicate professionally with tenants and team members
• provide after-hours emergency coverage on a rotating on-call basis.
