What you'll do

• Analyze concrete, carpentry, demolition, and drywall scopes
• prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• review bid documents and share information with vendors and subcontractors
• conduct site visits
• compile material and labor costs
• prepare scope breakdowns and budgets
• identify risks and opportunities
• evaluate historical cost data
• participate in project handoff meetings.
