Lettershop Operator — First Shift

The Lettershop Operator role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. The posting lists full-time, first-shift work Monday–Friday, with hours of 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; six-hour shifts are also noted as available. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. Streamworks provides direct marketing, printing, print finishing, and secure mail fulfillment services. The operator runs inserter and inkjet equipment to produce customer mail accurately and on schedule. The role supports quality, production efficiency, and customer requirements through careful setup, machine operation, data entry, and coordination with coworkers.

What you'll do

• Read job tickets and customer instructions
• operate assigned equipment to work orders and quality standards
• set up and run accumulate and high-speed inserters, including Rival and Epic machines
• complete sign-off and continuity-pull processes
• enter job, inventory, and time data electronically
• program, set up, operate, and maintain equipment
• prepare stations, trays, and bags
• communicate job and equipment status to incoming shift workers
• maintain a clean work area
• follow safety and security policies
• support continuous improvement and 6S/Lean initiatives
• work overtime as needed and in other areas when requested.
