What you'll do

• Mentor and coach Express technicians
• perform quality checks
• complete oil and filter changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• perform customer-approved repairs recommended during Express visits
• complete factory recall campaigns and warranty repairs under Stellantis procedures
• document findings and communicate with service advisors using digital inspections and video
• maintain a clean, safe, organized Express lane
• collaborate with advisors, parts, technicians, and leadership.
