Job overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is based in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The annual base compensation range is $80,000–$86,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus program. First Children Services provides services to children and families facing significant challenges. The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments, interprets results, designs and supervises behavior-analytic interventions, and teaches others to deliver ethical, research-based services. The role coordinates with school and treatment teams, supports families through meetings and training, supervises ABA therapists, and manages client data.
