The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Elmhurst, NY. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and attractions to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the Assistant Manager supports seasonal photo operations, team development, sales, and guest service. The role helps families have a smooth and memorable Santa photo experience while supporting daily site operations.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
