The role exists to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition by performing precise glass removal and installation. The technician ensures quality repairs, manages mobile service site operations, and maintains high standards of customer service and safety compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform mobile and on-site removal and installation of auto glass
• utilize hand and power tools to remove and re-install moldings, wipers, mirrors, and windshields
• complete required paperwork
• verify replacement glass and moldings are in good condition
• transport parts to installation sites
• communicate with the glass office regarding schedule changes
• collect payments in the field
• handle customer inquiries
• obtain customer signatures
• notify customers of safe drive times
• participate in technical training
• maintain a clean and safe working environment
• adhere to OSHA standards.
