Community Manager – 55+ Manufactured Home Park

What you'll do

• Collect and deposit rents and fees
• follow up on delinquent rent and issue notices
• enforce rental agreements and facility rules
• supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes
• review applications and execute approved rental agreements
• promote vacant spaces
• maintain tenant files, reports, inventories, and vendor lists
• maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, structures, recreation and laundry facilities, and pool when open
• coordinate repair services as needed.
