What you'll do

• Construct and repair wood, plywood, and wallboard structures and fixtures
• build counters, partitions, and cabinets
• coordinate work with administration and other trades
• perform rehabilitation, new construction, restoration, and modernization projects
• repair or install plumbing fixtures, water lines, and water heaters
• perform electrical and carpentry work
• paint and maintain surfaces
• operate lawn and snow-removal equipment
• maintain and repair furnaces
• inspect units and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain tools, vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• transport materials
• clean vacant homes and offices
• respond to emergencies during or after work hours.
