What you'll do

• Greet customers in person and by phone, receive deposits, process withdrawals and cash advances, and handle checks, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Answer account inquiries while following disclosure and privacy requirements.
• Identify customer needs and refer or cross-sell bank products and services.
• Issue and maintain debit and ATM cards, balance cash drawers, handle night deposits, provide safe deposit access, and follow branch security and compliance procedures.
