Commercial Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Ensure projects finish on time and under budget
• implement company safety protocols and ensure OSHA and other applicable standards are followed
• understand project scope
• provide leadership and on-the-job training
• ensure building codes and regulations are met
• perform preconstruction responsibilities
• serve as onsite contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and inspection agencies
• manage subcontractor work, submittals, punch lists, schedules, and safety audits
• coordinate with project management on budgets and site cost impacts.
