What you'll do

• Review menus
• inspect special diet trays
• complete required forms and reports
• coordinate food service with other departments and the facility dietitian
• prepare and serve meals and bedtime snacks
• follow portion-control procedures, sanitation rules, safety precautions, and infection-control policies
• and help ensure food and supplies are available and stored appropriately.
