What you'll do

• Follow supervisor instructions

• perform assigned tasks to maximize piece-rate speed
• cross-train for other positions as needed
• complete production, safety, and quality reports
• submit equipment work orders and support equipment maintenance
• switch duties with the First Helper as needed
• follow company safety and housekeeping procedures
• adhere to the production schedule and recommend schedule improvements.
