What you'll do

• Provide care in patients’ residences
• perform household tasks and meal preparation
• transport and accompany patients to medical appointments
• administer simple prescribed medications
• assist with personal care, mobility, and exercises
• monitor vital signs and report condition
• maintain care records
• provide companionship
• instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
