What you'll do

• Process biweekly and off-cycle payroll, including timecard review, imports, and payroll register audits
• enter payroll adjustments
• maintain payroll records
• process garnishments and levies and set up time-off accruals
• submit payroll remittances and reports
• review quarterly payroll tax reports and support W-2 processing
• administer 403(b) requests
• support audits
• process benefit enrollments and life-event changes
• reconcile payroll deductions and carrier invoices
• coordinate open enrollment
• handle ACA/1095-C reporting
• answer employee benefits questions and work with the broker on complex issues.
