What you'll do

• Sell new and used vehicles in line with dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
• coordinate with the sales manager on quotas
• greet customers and determine vehicle needs
• demonstrate and test-drive vehicles
• verify customer qualifications
• maintain product knowledge and follow-up
• conduct quotations and telephone transactions
• complete pre-delivery inspections and road tests
• explain vehicle features, warranty, paperwork, equity, and depreciation
• arrange display vehicles
• address customer complaints
• attend training and sales meetings.
