It contributes to compliant manufacturing and the production of therapies by following aseptic practices, safety requirements, and GMP and GDP documentation standards.

What you'll do

  • Clean and sanitize production areas
  • prepare and transfer materials and components using sanitization and aseptic handling practices
  • use aseptic techniques in Grade B/C/D and CNC environments
  • follow safety and environmental health standards and use PPE
  • inspect, label, and package vials, IV bags, and syringes
  • dispense and formulate raw materials
  • prepare equipment using autoclaves and HEPA cabinets
  • operate and maintain production equipment
  • complete GMP documentation, batch records, protocols, and deviations according to GDP
  • collaborate with production, QA, QC, engineering, validation, and maintenance teams
  • report deviations and equipment malfunctions
  • operate sterilization equipment
  • support production teams
  • assist with filling lines and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
