Student Supervision Associate

The Student Supervision Associate role is onsite in Arcadia, CA. Compensation is $19.50 per hour. Think Together partners with schools to provide programs during and outside the school day. The role helps maintain a safe, orderly school environment by supervising students during school activities and enforcing school rules. It supports students’ well-being through safety monitoring, communication with teachers and supervisors, and response to incidents, including minor first aid and calling authorized personnel when needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise students during breakfast, recess, lunch, on school grounds, during bus transportation, and at special events
• enforce school rules and promote courtesy
• use PBIS strategies
• monitor safety and report suspicious activity
• call authorized personnel during emergencies
• provide minor first aid
• communicate with teachers and supervisors about student behavior and incidents
• follow the school discipline plan.
