What you'll do

• Track fuel, toll, reimbursement, and vehicle maintenance expenses
• prepare freight invoices and bill accessorial charges
• process vendor bills
• monitor outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• calculate and process driver payroll and settlements
• reconcile bank, credit card, and fuel card statements
• assist with weekly profit and loss statements
• maintain IFTA records.
