What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance, preservation, and repair of historic structures and grounds
• direct carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• support capital projects
• manage budgets, safety programs, and personnel
• ensure compliance with historic preservation requirements
• respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures
• participate in the overnight on-call rotation
• serve as Engineering Manager on Duty and as Acting Director of Engineering when needed.
