What you'll do
- Coordinate site development projects and contractors
- provide engineering support for construction and maintenance compliance
- commission, operate, and maintain facilities and mechanical and electrical systems
- coordinate repairs and maintenance for HVAC, high-power, cranes, building systems, security, and fire protection
- develop estimates and project plans
- manage construction contracts and capital projects
- communicate schedules
- support facility readiness and emergencies
- and coordinate permits and inspections.
