What you'll do

• Develop business census based on strategic goals
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process
• Educate community, referral sources, and physicians on hospital programs
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations.
