What you'll do

• Direct electrical and instrumentation department work
• coach, train, develop, hire, and discipline technicians
• manage electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls
• troubleshoot power distribution, motors, drives, and process instrumentation
• support PLC, DCS, HMI, and VFD systems
• manage work orders, preventive maintenance, contractors, safety programs, and outages
• provide on-call and after-hours response during campaign.
