What you'll do

• Lead and develop project administrators, project engineers, and assistant project managers
• manage buyout, estimates, budgets, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, meetings, inspections, permits, change orders, pay applications, BIM coordination, quality and safety processes, schedules, punch lists, closeout, and warranty work
• coordinate subcontractors and client relationships.
