What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations
• prepare the team for openings and closings
• motivate and coach team members
• deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
• handle key-holder duties
• count drawers, manage deposits, and complete end-of-day reports
• support onboarding and training
• and work at any station as needed.
