The administrator owns Salesforce and related Certinia systems, translating business needs into reliable configurations, processes, and reporting. By governing platform changes and data, supporting integrations, and enabling users, the role helps improve business operations and decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do

• Serve as lead Salesforce administrator and subject-matter expert, overseeing security, sharing, permissions, and configuration. Partner with business leaders on platform priorities and roadmap. Design solutions using custom objects, Flow, approval processes, validation rules, and Lightning pages. Support the professional services lifecycle and Certinia PSA modules. Govern change management, documentation, sandbox strategy, and releases
• lead data quality, deduplication, migrations, and data operations. Build executive reports and dashboards, coordinate integrations and vendors, mentor administrators and power users, lead training, and assess new platform features.
