What you'll do

• Own and maintain the master production schedule
• balance demand, capacity, inventory, lead times, labor, equipment, and materials
• monitor schedule adherence and develop recovery plans
• use AI/ML planning tools and predictive analytics
• maintain planning data and systems
• develop dashboards and performance metrics
• facilitate monthly S&OP
• lead and develop the Planning team
• drive continuous improvement.
