The Senior Career Advancement Specialist role is onsite in Salem, MA. Pay is $25 per hour. Triangle’s Day Services supports adults with disabilities in pursuing meaningful career and personal goals through employment, college pathways, and workforce readiness. The specialist provides individualized and group career services, job development, coaching, and planning while building connections with employers and collegiate partners. The role helps participants pursue competitive integrated employment and greater independence, while tracking progress and coordinating with families and support teams.

What you'll do

• Deliver individual and group career readiness, employment, and collegiate pathway services
• provide job development, coaching, and career planning
• conduct assessments
• integrate independent living, self-advocacy, soft skills, and workplace readiness
• support natural supports and community integration
• provide transportation to employment-related activities as needed
• develop employer and collegiate relationships
• create employment opportunities
• monitor job performance and satisfaction
• maintain schedules, billing, documentation, and progress data
• support onboarding and training of new specialists.
